　　电影诞生至今已经过了一百年多年。在人类历史上，还没有哪种艺术形式在如此短暂的时间里拥有这样多的大众数量，电影是我们生活历程的一个坐标，是人类历史的光影记忆。

　　电影无疑是现代科学技术的产物，它的出现是人类文明史全面的革命。从无声到有声，再到高科技的广泛运用，可以说，电影使人类的创造性、想象力得到了淋漓尽致的发挥，也极大地影响了20世纪以来人类的生活方式，极大地提高了人们对世界的感知能力，极大地改变了人们的思维方式。作为一名观众，我们每个人都能从电影故事和人物中找寻到自己的影子，或许也可以从中触摸到别人的悲苦与不幸。正是这种直观和生动，电影常常会在我们心中引起共鸣，以至于灵魂深处会有流泪和微笑的冲动。电影是精神大餐，人们会随着电影情节的发展哭泣或者欢笑，一部电影很长时间里常常会是人们津津乐道的话题，甚至为之争论不休。

　　时代发展到今天，随着互联网等先进技术的普及，随着人们“现代病”的传播，电影似乎离人们的生活愈来愈远，更多的人更愿意宅在家里，不愿意走进影院，不愿意去享受那光与影的盛宴。好在人们的传统与时尚是神奇的轮回，随着人们生活水平与质量的提升，随着人们对电影的热情复燃，重新走进电影院，去感受一部精彩的电影，或者邀请亲朋好友看一场电影甚至成为了一种时尚。电影在当下日新月异、光怪陆离的生活节奏和色彩里，着实成为了一种让我们的生活更加丰富、心神更加殷实的生活方式，电影会成为您可以寄托情思的精神家园，您会在声、光、影的综合享受里得到乐趣、得到收获、得到自我，电影会成为您生活中不可或缺的部分。

青海省电影发行放映有限责任公司简介

　　青海省电影发行放映有限责任公司（简称“青海省电影公司”），其前身是1953年成立的青海电影发行站，1959经国家文化部通知，青海省人民委员会批准，将青海省电影发行公司与省文化局直属的电影放映网管理处合并成立“青海省电影发行放映公司”，并规定省电影公司具有行政和企业管理的双重权力，具体管理全省电影发行放映事业。

　　在计划经济体制下，省电影公司负责全省电影的发行放映工作，经过三十多年的艰苦努力，在全省组建电影发行放映公司49个，形成了完整的省、州（市）、县三级电影发行网络；建立了遍及全省城乡的各类放映单位一千两百多个，实现了偏远、艰苦的青海人民人人看上电影的愿望。

　　1993年全国电影行业开始机制改革，电影经营形式由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变，整个文化市场也发生了深刻变化。面对新的形势，省电影公司积极调整工作思路，努力拓展全省电影事业的生存空间，在改革中前进，在前进中发展，在发展中壮大，逐步摆脱了电影转型过程中的困境，初步形成了现代管理企业的雏形。

Qinghai provincial Film publish and showing Co. , Ltd.

　　Qinghai provincial Film distribution and showing Co. , Ltd. (known as "Qinghai provincial film company) was developed from film distribution station in Qinghai which was founded in 1953.  Notified by the Ministry of Culture and approved by the People's Government of Qinghai Province in 1959,  Qinghai provincial Film distribution and showing company was set up jointly by Qinghai Provincial film distribution company and Culture Bureau of network management center, also it is ruled that the provincial film company owns twofold authority to implement the administrative and business management and be responsible for the specific management of the province's film distribution and showing companies.

　　The film company was responsible for the film distribution and showing works of the whole province under the system of planned economy. With the 30 years efforts , 49 film distribution and showing companies were established,  forming a complete film distribution network that covering the province, state, and county (city) ; 1200 different showing units were built at urban and rural areas across the whole province , which realized the hopes of watching movies of every laborious Qinghai people.

　　The film industry was being reformed in 1993 ; Film management mode was transformed from planned economy to market economic system. The cultural market has undergone profound changes. Facing the new situation, the film companies adjusted the working method and idea positively, took great efforts to expand the province’s living space of film career. The film industry was developing forward and becoming strengthen on the way of reform and shaking off the transitional dilemma. The prototype of the modern enterprise management was initially formed.

　　After 50 years development, under the guidance of modern enterprise management mode Qinghai Provincial film companies actively developed the emerging film industry by their own advantages to establish the long-term development strategy: take the excellent talents as the film base and good service as the strategy and the high-tech as support. Being united, proactive, the film companies are striving to exploit a collectivize and industrial development path which takes the film exhibition groups as leadings and supplements by the coexistence of various business of television shoot, leisure, tourism, catering industry.
